NezSwim is a swim squad for competitive,
recreational and ocean swimmers.
The summer squad sessions at Waverley College will return on Monday 13 October 2025.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 5:15 – 6:15pm
Tuesday and Thursday, 6:15 – 7:15pm
The summer sessions will run until April 2026.
About the sessions
NezSwim swim squad sessions cater for three different speed groups.
Group one will swim between 3 and 3.3 kilometres in the hour session. This group will cycle on a minimum of 1:30 pace or faster for 100’s.
Group two will cycle on 1:40/1:45 pace for 100’s and swim about 2.8 kilometres for the hour.
Group three will cycle on 2:00 minute pace for 100’s and swim 2.6 kilometres in the hour.
The sessions are freestyle based, no form stroke or IM sets. The sessions are not stroke correction or technique focused. All sets are on the clock and are disciplined swim squad training sessions.

10-VISIT PASS $140
There are no extra pool entry fees.

Waverley College Aquatic Centre (summer only)
The pool is located on the school campus (next to the Cosgrove Centre) on Birrell Street, Waverley.
Parking is available in the school parking lot. Enter the car park at Henrietta Street.
